CHAPTER SEVENTEEN

IT’S been a whole twelve hours since Rani held my hand on purpose on Boulder Dash, and my heart has just barely calmed down and my face has just barely stopped blushing.

Now, Alexa’s sipping her coffee and sighing at the traffic, and Dhruv’s napping. It’s a peaceful kind of quiet in the car as the sun rises over the highway. We’re driving from Lake Compounce to Pennsylvania for the next stop on our trip, Dorney Park.

i’m starving
